Euroclima dampers for air handling unitsairwall

Euroclima offers a wide range of dampers with many options to suit all your needs in comfort, industrial or health care applications. Euroclima dampers are suitable for isolating, mixing or balancing purpose and available with class 1, 2 and 4 airtightness.

The dampers consist of double skin airfoil blades fitted in 1,5 mm thick steel frames. They can be installed either vertically or horizontally. The blades are connected together for an operation in counter-rotation with non corrosive, torsion resistant and weatherproof polypropylene wheels.

The dampers shall provide high reliability, low air pressure drops, low noise level and smooth air control with minimum torque. They are available with a wide choice of materials to suit each application requirement and resist against corrosion. The dampers can be actuated manually with manual levers or automatically with electric actuators.

The actuators are fixed on the damper shafts which are made of galvanized steel squared profiles. The damper shafts can be made of Stainless steel 304 if required.

 


The Airwall dampers class 1 and class 2 as per EN 1751 have been designed to control, mix, balance or isolate air streams in air handling units or ductworks. These dampers are made from double skin airfoil blades in galvanized steel (class 1) or in aluminium (class 2, with edge seals), working in counter rotation.

The Airwall damper class 4 as per EN 1751 has been designed to control and isolate ai streams in air handling units or in ductworks, in sensitive areas such as hospitals, clean rooms or food industry buildings. These dampers are made from double skin airfoil blades in aluminium, working in counter rotation with edge and lateral seals.
